When available in stock, small accessories and replacements parts are normally shipped out within 24 hours. Please note that selecting a rush shipment such as next day air for example, does not accelerate preparation of your  order (the 24 hours mentionned above).  In case of a specific emergency requiring a same day shipment, please call our help-desk and we will do everything possible to accomodate you. Cut-off time for shipping is 3PM Pacific Standard time.

All other items when available in stock, such as heatsinks or liquid cooling products may take up to 3 days to ship out:  as a manufacturer, we maintain our online store for customers who do not have access to a local Swiftech distributor, but we simply cannot guarantee the quick turnaround typically featured by retailers and distributors. In case of a specific emergency requiring a same day shipment, please call our help-desk and we will do everything possible to accomodate you.
